PRIVACY POLICY

I. Controller

The controller responsible for this website within the meaning of data protection law is:

Regulated Ground — sole proprietorship
Owner: Nils
Location: Germany

E-mail address: [email protected]

II. Rights of Users and Data Subjects

With regard to the data processing described below, users and data subjects have the right:

In addition, the controller is obliged to notify all recipients to whom data has been disclosed of any rectification or erasure of data or restriction of processing carried out on the basis of Art. 16, 17 (1), 18 GDPR. This obligation does not apply, however, insofar as such notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Without prejudice to this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Furthermore, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning them under Art. 21 GDPR, insofar as the data is processed by the controller in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is permissible.

III. Information on Data Processing

Data processed during the use of our website is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, no legal retention obligations oppose deletion, and no differing statements are made below regarding individual processing operations.

Server Data / Hosting

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our hosting provider. These so-called server log files record, among other things, the type and version of your browser, the operating system, the website from which you came to our site (referrer URL), the website(s) of our site that you visit, the date and time of each access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which our site was used.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes this data as our processor. Data is transferred to the USA; Cloudflare relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this purpose.

This storage is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the stability, functionality and security of our website.

The data is deleted after no more than seven days, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, the data is wholly or partly exempt from deletion until an incident has been finally clarified.

Web Fonts

For a uniform presentation of fonts, this website uses web fonts that are loaded from our own hosting (self-hosted). When you open a page, no connection is established to third-party servers for the purpose of loading fonts, and no data is transmitted to third parties in this context.

Contact Requests / Contact Options

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process and respond to your request. Providing the data is necessary for processing and answering your request — without it, we cannot answer your request, or only to a limited extent.

The contact form is sent from your browser via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a contact-form processing service, which forwards it to our e-mail address. FormSubmit processes this data as our processor. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR (or lit. f) GDPR where your request does not yet relate to a contract).

Your data will be deleted once your request has been finally answered and no legal retention obligations oppose deletion, such as a subsequently concluded contract.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the e-mail address you enter and the date and time of your registration. We use your data exclusively to send the newsletter.

The newsletter is sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany), which processes the data as our processor. By subscribing, you consent to your data being processed for sending the newsletter.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR.

Your consent to receiving the newsletter can be revoked at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. To do so, simply notify us of your revocation or use the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter. Your data will then be deleted from the newsletter distribution list.

Booking and Scheduling

If you book a session, your booking data (name, e-mail address, selected appointment and, where applicable, payment details) is processed for the purposes of scheduling, conducting and, where applicable, billing the session.

Bookings are made through Cal.com, Inc., 548 Market St PMB 35119, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, which processes this data as our processor. Data is transferred to the USA and is subject to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Additional information on data processing by Cal.com is available at cal.com/privacy.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.

Payment

We offer payment of session fees via third-party payment service providers, currently via PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg). When you pay through such a provider, the payment data you provide (e.g. account or card details) is processed by the respective payment service provider under its own responsibility in order to execute the payment.

The processing is carried out to fulfil the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR. Please refer to the privacy policy published by the respective payment service provider for details of its own data processing.

Online Sessions

If a session takes place online via a video link, the connection is established via the respective video service. We use this service solely to conduct the session; we do not record sessions. No audio or video data is stored by us.

Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective video service for its own data processing.

IV. Recipients of Data and Data Processing Outside the EU

Data is processed by our processors and recipients (hosting provider, e-mail provider, contact-form service, newsletter service, booking system and video service). Some of these providers are based in the USA or process data there. In such cases, transfers are carried out on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
