An Embodied Approach to Navigating Intensity

If you're in the midst of a spiritual crisis, kundalini awakening, or an intensity that feels impossible to contain, this space is for you. Know that you are not alone. You are not broken and have not failed. What you are experiencing is valid and deeply meaningful. You are standing at the threshold of becoming more whole, human, and deeply yourself. Whether this was induced through meditation, psychedelics, or arose on its own, the underlying pattern is the same: a nervous system that has lost its safe ground and is no longer able to contain what moves through it or adapt to the demands of life.
I am here to walk alongside you, offering body-oriented and conversational guidance to regulate intensity, reconnect with your body's intelligence, and meet life from a sense of agency. With yoga therapy tailored to your constitution and unique needs, you will learn to rebuild that ground and restore your body-mind's natural functioning and your capacity to engage life with more ease.
A spiritual crisis or kundalini awakening can feel overwhelming, confusing, and even shameful when there is no context or understanding. Without guidance, fear and resistance often block the natural unfoldment, creating unnecessary suffering and disorientation. With the right support, however, these experiences can be reframed as meaningful processes of transformation.
Here, listening and alignment are cultivated rather than forcing or suppressing what is unfolding, while the body's capacity to hold and move energy is gradually strengthened. With your co-operation and the right conditions, Kundalini can move toward a natural resolution.
Disclaimer: I do not provide instructions for willfully awakening kundalini, as the value and safety of such practices are debatable. The purpose of this site is solely to raise awareness of kundalini and related processes, and to support individuals in harmonizing and regulating an already active or misdirected process.
All guidance offered here is complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
